Fair Event Plugins

Ticketing software that only costs you something when you’re making something.

How the pricing works

Each plugin has its price. The fair-events and fair-payments-connector plugins have a combined sticker price of €12/month.

Instead of charging you upfront, we take 1% of your ticket sales as a small integration fee — automatically, through the payment flow. So if you sell nothing in a given month, you pay 0€; if you sell for 200€, you pay 2€.

Once that 1% adds up to €12, the fee stops for that month. If your sales never reach €1,200, you pay less than €12. So effectively, the plugins’ price is €0-12 and will never become a significant part of your costs.

You only pay a tiny part of what you earn. That’s the whole idea.

Install for free, pay from your sales.
No subscription to start. No invoice before your first ticket sells. The plugin earns its keep from your revenue — and only up to a cap.

Capped at €12

The fee has a ceiling. Subscriptions don’t.
Most software charges you the same whether you run one event or twenty. Fair Event caps the monthly fee at €12 — so a busy month doesn’t cost you more than a quiet one.

Your site, your data

A WordPress plugin, not a platform.
No account on someone else’s system. No audience data leaving your server. You own your attendees, your events, and your sales history.

Complementos

Fair Events

The core plugin. Adds a custom Event post type to WordPress with start times, end times, and all-day options. Comes with a calendar block and an events list block — no shortcodes, no page builders, just native Gutenberg. Everything your event page needs, nothing you don’t.

Fair Payments Connector

The money layer. Handles online payments via Mollie — including webhooks, test/live modes, and automatic status updates for stuck transactions. Stores every sale as an itemised transaction, with a built-in ledger for budgets and bank reconciliation. The 1% integration fee is collected here and stops once it reaches the monthly cap.

Horario Justo

A Gutenberg block system for multi-track schedules. Build a visual programme with columns (stages, rooms, tracks) and time slots that position themselves automatically based on start time. Responsive out of the box — time ranges collapse gracefully on mobile. Perfect for festivals, conferences, and workshops with parallel sessions.

Testimonials

VALENCIA, SPAIN

Acroyoga Club Valencia

acroyoga-club.es

Acroyoga Club Valencia runs weekly training sessions, intro cycles, and occasionally whole-day events—all on a volunteer basis. Before Fair Event, managing registrations meant juggling spreadsheets and chasing bank transfers manually.

Now attendees register and pay directly on the club’s own WordPress site. The club keeps its full attendee list, controls its own data, and pays nothing until tickets start selling. For a small sports association with no budget for software subscriptions, that matters.

“We run events on a shoestring. A flat monthly fee for ticketing software would have eaten into every entry fee we charge. This way, the cost is proportional to what we actually sell.”

La Mutable

lamutable.es

La Mutable is a non-profit association in Valencia that supports movement teachers, facilitators, and community organizers—providing the infrastructure so they can focus on their practice rather than logistics.

The association runs recurring events including contact improvisation cycles, one-day festivals, and retreats. Fair Event handles registrations across all of them from a single WordPress install, with payment reconciliation built in—essential for an organization managing budgets across multiple projects and collaborators.

“We exist to make community activities accessible and sustainable. It would be contradictory to pay a platform that doesn’t share those values. Fair Event fits the mission.”

Fusion Circus

fusion-circus.com

Fusion Circus is a collective of movement enthusiasts organizing fusion dance events in Brussels and Valencia. Fusion dance draws a tight-knit international community—people who travel between cities for events and expect a smooth, trustworthy registration experience.

Running events across two countries from a single WordPress site, Fusion Circus uses Fair Event to manage ticketing without depending on a third-party platform that could change its terms, fees, or availability at any time.

“Our community travels across Europe for these events. They need to trust the registration process. Having it on our own site — not some external platform — makes a real difference.”
